How to set up a heart rate alarm

NotiAlarm's Heart rate monitor source pairs with a Bluetooth heart rate monitor such as WHOOP, Polar, Garmin or Wahoo. It rings your phone like an alarm when your heart rate stays above or below your limit for as long as you choose. Readings are checked on the phone. It's a wellness tool, not a medical device.

  1. Pair your monitor

Add the Heart rate monitor source and pair a Bluetooth heart rate monitor. WHOOP, Polar, Garmin, Wahoo and other monitors that broadcast heart rate work.
  2. Set your limit

Make an alarm for a heart rate above or below a number, held for as long as you choose, like above 150 bpm for 30 seconds.
  3. It rings

Readings are checked on your phone, with no server in between. When one crosses your limit, the phone rings until you dismiss it.
